Hello, well what a busy start to the year, with lots of TV shows on Hobby maker and loads of creativity at Old Maid New HQ. Thanks for your orders and support it means a lot to me. I have also been studying with the Royal School of Needlework brushing up on my skills in Silk Shading and Goldwork, I am still learning lots of new skills in tradition methods. I have two new kits coming over the next few months and a new stamp range, so keep looking on the website and emails for the promotions...
As well as the new products I have also been creative with some painting on fabric and stencilling onto parchment, so in my next shows you will be able to see what you can create with paints, pencils and of course stitching...cant wait to show off my work. Some of the stamps you will recognise, Dragonfly and Fuchsia stamp set and the lily Stamp set have been chosen to use in new ways, as there is so much to do with them, I could go on forever...
The Art Decco stamp set has a new lease of life as a new kit, it was so popular before and I know will be again. There is a sneak peek in the photo above..
Take a look at the events page as I have a busy March, on the website and maybe you can visit a craft fair where I will be showcasing my work, and new products.
Well, best get back to my samples, Keep in touch on the FB page or website, and please get in touch if you need any help with your heritage stitching...bye for now...
Maria
