This month, its all about experimenting with my old fabrics and fabric pencils, using my stamp range and enjoying the creative side in me. I thought I would share with you all how you can create your own fabrics which costs nothing, experiment with inks, pencils and water ...honestly it really liberating! and we all have these in our craft rooms.
I also stamped my Dragonfly and Fuchsia stamp and Butterfly Trio stamp, onto the fabrics I created, to then colour with fabric pencils. These are great for a detailed effect and you can control the pencils on fabric well. I have put a video on my website if you are interested in this method, along with other videos I hope it will inspire you further in your creative journey.
I have a busy March....for Face to face shows, TV shows and classes. So I have created a new kit, will also have new products and I have also created a mixed media kit, like a play pack with lots of different small blocks and fabrics from India.
I am also writing up in the next few weeks some exciting short info sheets on different methods, like painting on fabric, mix media inspiration and more...these will be available on the website to purchase for £1.
I am so pleased the spring is coming, which is great for being creative, and I have exciting news as I am going to India next March 2024, I will be hosting a holiday for two weeks which will be fantastic inspiration for me and for you as a customer, given you the best creative projects and the price for products.
